undertaking a thorough review and feasibility study on how best to reposition this mixed-use art gallery and office space building in the heart of Mayfair. working closely with Westminster City Council and other local
stakeholders, a new life for this 1960s building
will create much needed best-in-class space
for the core West End market.
we are looking forward to spending time in Manchester on this 17-storey truly gateway site. working with architects Sheppard Robson we are focused on a new mixed-use, workspace-led scheme of 200,000 sq ft with a peerless ESG profile.
we are repositioning a London city office as a future-proofed asset that will stand to define the market for recycled office buildings. by bolstering the existing building we will deliver an exemplar space that is both amenity-rich and has low-carbon impact.
we are set to deliver a large-scale, energy-efficient airport logistics facility. taking advantage of new technologies the building will offset its impact on the environment and provide net-positive biodiversity and on-site electricity generation. the development will deliver wellness to lead the way in the sector.
